Many souls yearn for immediate reincarnation, yet the oversight within this layer of the heavenly palace appears somewhat lax, resulting in instances of individuals attempting to bypass established protocols.

One notable day, an emissary from the underworld was dispatched by the Lord of Hell to oversee affairs in the heavenly palace. This emissary unexpectedly encountered an individual flouting the established guidelines.
